Located in a wizard's tower in the small town of [[Freyr]], this library is owned and ran by [[Vargrson]]. Nearly all of the books were written or copied by Vargrson.

== Lower Levels ==
The lower levels are open to the public and contain many books about the world writ large. These levels include books on topics such as: cooking, local and world history, herbology, basic mathematics and science, bestiaries, religious books, and introductory magic textbooks.

== Middle Levels ==
These levels are open to a small number of individuals trusted by Vargrson personally, mostly his current and previous pupils. There is a warding spell surrounding the middle levels which prevents anyone from entering if they do not have Karvargr's blessing.
