exhaustion
When gaining a level of exhaustion:
- Lose 2 points to all D20 rolls (skill checks, saving throws, and physical and magical attack rolls)
- Lose 5 feet of movement.
Once your movement reaches 0 feet, you cannot gain more exhaustion.
Lose 1 level of exhaustion after a short rest and 2 levels of exhaustion after a long rest
