Located in a wizard's tower in the small town of Freyr, this library is owned and ran by Vargrson. Nearly all of the books were written or copied by Vargrson.
Lower Levels
The lower levels are open to the public and contain many books about the world writ large. These levels include books on topics such as: cooking, local and world history, herbology, basic mathematics and science, bestiaries, religious books, and introductory magic textbooks.
Middle Levels
These levels are open to a small number of individuals trusted by Vargrson personally, mostly his current and previous pupils. There is a warding spell surrounding the middle levels which prevents anyone from entering if they do not have Karvargr's blessing.
Upper Levels
These levels are a mystery known only to Vargrson himself.
